About the Owners: Emerald Skye 41 is owned by John and Janet Reuss.  We lived in Daphne AL for 3 years and purchased the condo as a vacation home and investment.  Janet does all the booking online using VRBO. Not more than 7 months after we bought and totally renovated the unit, Hurricane Ivan struck in September of 2004.  While the unit was being reconsructed,  John was transferred to Ohio.  We have been back to put things to rights post-reconstruction and will go there several times a year to check on things and visit with friends.   Cleaning and Maintenance: We use Sand Castle Resort Services to take care of our place.  They clean, provide linens, and perform maintenance.  They will be your primary contact while you are staying, but we always provide our 800 number so you can contact us as well. Even though we are not a rental company, you will find that we respond very quickly to any questions or problems you might have.
